Furthermore, with every purchase our management team can work with more and more funds to ensure that you have the best gaming experience possible. Every item you see in this store is obtainable in game for free as well. Only buy something with the intention to support the server.

Why Donate to Grow MC?
You would donate because you support what we do and would like to show your appreciation by helping us pay for our server funds. All revenue goes 100% directly into upgrading and maintaining the server stability. 

How long should I wait for my purchase?
If you have made a purchase but haven't received it then please post on our forums or contact us on our Discord server for assistance. In-depth information about each rank can be viewed by clicking the "Information" button on the package that you wish to purchase. Any billing issues or other payment related enquiries can be sent to [email protected] where you will receive a response within 24 hours by our billing team. Furthermore, all payments made by echeck have longer processing times compared to normal payments. This is because PayPal has to do a formal bank withdrawal, and is completely out of our control. So expect up to a 7 day waiting period for echecks to process.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple, we provide no refunds unless otherwise stated. Due to allocating these funds directly into projects that work to improve Grow MC, we are unable to provide refunds to those who request them. As per these terms of service, attempting to go around this policy by reversing the payment with your bank or opening a dispute with PayPal will result in termination of your services and a ban on CraftingStore which will prevent you from ever purchasing anything again on any Minecraft server. CraftingStore being the ecommerce platform that every Minecraft server utilizes to process payments.
